Battle of Shadows

Battle of Shadows is a card game made for the 20 second Game Jam 2022.

You, the player, play against an AI opponent.

There are four types of cards that the players can choose from:

• Attack - Inflicts damage to the opponent 
• Magic - Inflicts damage to the opponent
• Heal - Restores health
• Defense - Blocks incomming damage

There are 5 rounds each lasting 3 seconds. During the round, both players play cards. 

Cards have a strength value. Card that are of the same type stack together. This combines their strength values. In the end, the player, who has played a card or combination of cards with the higest strength value wins the battle for that type of card. The card's effect is activated only if the players wins the battle for the type of card.
